Where in the World?

I love this guy. Today, I'm seeing myself anywhere I don't know the language. I want to be a stranger. South America. Chile or Argentina. What about you?

Haha, he cut poetry subs because "Poetry just seemed too different to compare fairly to prose." Poor poets, in April and everything.

I feel like I'd have to use this to make a pilgrimage: to the New Jewish Cemetery in Prague to see Kafka, or the Fluntern Cemetery in Zürich to see Joyce. Maybe to the Parish Church in East Coker to see T.S. Eliot and to be like "sorry nobody respects poetry no more, man." There is also a nice tree there.

Me too, Carmen! And on the Writer's Almanac this morning - It's Cassanova's birthday, and Emile Zola and Hans Christian Andersen, too, so I want to go to Copenhagen, France, and Bohemia.
