As we come up on the blog's birthday (MAY!!!!), I think we should have a master list of places we've been published and long works we've completed. First of all--is this a bad plan???? I don't want to violate anyone's privacy, but between us we've written a novel, been anthologized, started a journal,started countless jobs and Amelia alone has been published ten zillion times. I'm losing track. Thoughts??
My idea is that we could list them as a links function in the sidebar with titles like "we work", "we've been published" and "we've written" or something like that?

Sorry for the non-response! It is a good idea.
How about this? can you send me your publication info (title, pub name and link (if applicable)), and/or job information (current job, institution, link) via email? When I have most of our info, I'll begin to post it? If you hate the idea, and feel shy, let me know in a way that makes you feel comfortable and I'll scrap the whole idea and not explain myself at all. Also include contest nominations and anything impressive sounding. It won't be like bragging b/c I'm not attributing these very impressive accomplishments to individuals, I'm attributing them to all of us. So don't be shy and if you hate the idea speak up!!!!! I've posted the publications and employment stats I know from those of you I've heard from and will continue to post as I learn more. Feel free to change, edit and add things (or e-mail me and I will) as you see fit.
A few things came up that I've been thinking about:
First of all this identifies us to our employers. I don't know if that's an issue for anyone. But one solution I thought of is to make it private. Thoughts?
Also, when I was listing our publications I linked to the main pages of the magazines/anthologies rather than to our stories themselves. If you want to change yours so it goes directly to your story, go for it. I just wasn't sure what to do. I stuck a forthcoming list at the bottom.
I also added to the "Links" section and you should too! I think it would be nice to add to a section for awards and or nominations. Anyway, I want us to feel free to add stuff and take it away.
